The same Gentleman from the same Committee to whom was referred an order relative to embodying all the Acts regulating town schools into one &c; made a report asking leave to be discharged from the further consideration of the subjects, and that the same be referred to the joint Standing Committee on the Judiciary. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.

Mr Bradbury from the Joint Standing Committee on State Roads, reported leave to withdraw on the petition of the Inhabitants of Orland; Also on the petition of Theodore Lincoln and others which reports were severally read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.

Mr Scammon from the joint Select Committee to whom was referred the petition of Moses Hanscom and others; reported leave to withdraw. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.
