Bill for the preservation of the Mattanawcock and Military Roads. Read a second time and passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent down for concurrence

Resolve proposing an amendment of the Constitution of the State, was read a second time; the Senate nonconcur the House in the indefinite postponement of said Resolve, and pass the same to be engrossed as amended. Sent down for concurrence.

Mr Williamson from the joint Standing Committee on Claims to whom was recommitted the Resolve in favor of the town of Bangor; reported the same as taken into a new draft, and the same was passed to be engrossed as taken into a new draft. Sent down for concurrence.

Mr Bradbury from the joint Standing Committee on State Roads, to whom was recommitted a Resolve additional for completing the Baring and Houlton Road, reported a statement of facts, which together with the Resolve, were ordered to lay on the table, and two hundred and fifty copies of each to be printed.
