Bill to incorporate the Winthrop Mutual Fire Insurance Company. Resolve authorizing a loan in favor of the State Resolve for the relief of the town of Bingham " for the promotion of primary Schools in the town of Brooksville. Read a second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Resolve for the benefit of Warren Hathaway read a second time as taken into a new Draft in form of a Bill, and passed to be engrossed as in the new Draft. Sent down for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Waterville College; read once and tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a second reading.

Resolve confirming certain doings of County Commissioners, laid on the table by Mr Randall was read once and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading, and committed to Messrs. Randall Webb and Pease.
