Mr Boutelle from the joint standing Committee on the Judiciary, to whom was committed a Bill in addition to an Act regulating Judicial Process and proceedings, reported said Bill as taken into a new draft which was accepted and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

Bill regulating the surveying of Land. Read twice, referred to the next Legislature and ordered to be printed in all the papers that publish the Laws of the State in concurrence.

Bill to legalize the Study of Anatomy in certain cases, and to protect the Sepulchres of the Dead, came from the House taken into a new Draft, and referred to the next Legislature. The Senate recede from their vote, passing the same to be engrossed and refer the same in concurrence.

Bill to prevent the disturbance of Judicial Courts. Resolve authorizing a loan in behalf of the State; severally read twice and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Resolve for the improvement of the Colleges in Maine, came from the House, the House insisting on their vote passing said Resolve to be engrossed. The Senate recede
