On motion of Mr. Cogswell, ordered the Secretary of the Senate notify Anson G. Chandler, that he has been constitutionally elected a Senator to fill the vacancy in the Eighth Senatorial District, and request his immediate attendance at the Senate Board.

On motion of Mr. Bridgham, ordered, that the Secretary of State be directed to notify Nathaniel Clark, Edmund Mann, Edward Williams, Samuel Moore, John H. Jarvis, John O'Brien & Asa Clark that they have been elected Counsellors for the current political year, and request their immediate attendance.
