Report on petition of Penobscot Mill Dam Company and accompanying Bills, together with the petition of S.W. McMahon and others, and the memorial and Remonstrance of John Bennoch and others, came up from the House, committed to a Joint Select Committee, consisting, on the part of the House, of the Delegation of the County of Penobscot, with such as the Senate may join. The Senate nonconcur the House in said reference, and adhere to their former vote accepting said report.
