Mr. Sabine of Eastport obtained leave and laid on the table, Resolve in favor of the Passamaquoddy Indians, which was read once and Friday next at 11 o clock assigned for a second reading.

On motion by Mr. Benson of Winthrop Ordered, That the Committee on Accounts be instructed to report, as soon as they may be able, a Roll of the Accounts allowed by them of the Treasurers of the several towns and plantations in this State, and all other accounts allowed by them, for monies paid and expenses incurred on account of the Militia, since the Act "to organize, govern and discipline the Militia of this State" approved March 8 1834, went into operation - Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Joseph Stackpole & others praying to be annexed to the town of Albion, came from the Senate referred to the Committee on Division of Towns for concurrence & the House concurred.

Petition of William Randall & others for leave to build a bridge across Muddy River in Topsham, came from the Senate referred to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals for concurrence, and the House concurred.
