Petition of the Kennebec Boom Corporation for an alteration of Charter, referred in Senate to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges & Canals - and also Remonstrance of Charles Ramsdell & others against the construction of a boom across Passadumkeag river, referred to the same committee, came down for concurrence and the House concurred.
