Met accordingly adjournments,

Bill - an act on additional to an act to incorporate the Calais Rail Way Company, came from the Senate amended - and the House agreed to the amendments & passed the Bill to be engrossed as amended in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - An incorporating the Somerset Ferry Company, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence

Petition of P.V. McGaw & 758 others Females of Bangor for the suppression of the traffick in ardent spirits, was read & referred to the committee who have under consideration the same subject.

Resolve in favor of Warren Hathorne, was read once and Monday next at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading.

Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of the Merrymeeting Bridge was read a third time and the further consideration of the subject postponed to Thursday next at 10 oclock.

Bill - to change the named of certain persons, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - an act in addition to "an act respecting Wills and Testaments, and regulating the descent of Intestate Estates" was read a 3d time and amended & them ordered to lie on the table.
