The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as truly engrossed Bill - to incorporate the St Croix River Company -- - to repeal an act to annex to the town of New Portland, sun dry lots of land lying in New Vineyard. - to incorporate the Wells Mutual Maine Insurance Company which severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill- to incorporate the owners of Meeting Houses & for other purposes, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading

Bill - to incorporate the town of Otis, was read a 1st & 2d time and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill - an additional act concurring the Bangor Insurance Company, was read 1st & 2d time and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Resolve, authorizing the appointment of auditors to investigate the unsettled accounts of Lottery Mangers, was read 1st time and tomorrow at 10' oclock assigned for a 2d reading.
