Afternoon. Met according to adjournment

Report on the petition of Thomas Yeaton & others - of Oliver L Currier & others - of Charles L Eustis & others - ordering notice, was read & accepted. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act authorizing the first Parish in Bath to sell their meeting House, was read a 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

The House again resolved itself into a committee of the whole on the Bill entitled an additional Act providing for the punishment of certain crimes and for the prevention thereof Mr Webb of Windham in the Chair - and after continuing some time therein the committee rose, reported progress & asked & obtained leave to sit again.

And then the House adjourned.
