Mr Sabine of Eastport has leave of absence from and after Monday next during the remainder of the session.
Mr Mowry of Lubec has leave of absence from and after Saturday next during the remainder of the session.
Mr Redd of Boothbay has leave of absence from and after during the remainder of the session.
A message was received from the Senate proposing sundry amendment to the engrossed Bill, entitled an Act to incorporate the Waterville & Fairfield Railway Company as on sheet accompanying the same marked S - The House agreed to the amendments and ordered the Bill to be reengrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
On motion of Mr Cobb of New Gloucester - Ordered, That the house meet hereafter at half past eight oclock in the morning, and at two oclock on the afternoon until otherwise ordered.
Bill - regulating costs in the Judicial Courts in certain cases and reducing the fees of Clerks of the Judicial Courts, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as amended on ship annexed marked A Sent up for concurrence.
Report on the petition of the Recorder of the Municipal Court of Portland, granting leave to withdraw
