Resolves relating to the State Prison, was read a second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Agricultural Bank, came from the Senate that body insisting on their vote refusing the Bill a passage - The House again insist, propose a conference and appoint as Conferees on their part Messrs Nickerson of Brewer, Jarvis of Ellsworth & Greeley of Portland.

Resolve in favor of Gilman Turner & William Saunders was read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve authorizing attornies in the Court of Common Pleas to practice Law in the Supreme Judicial Court in certain cases, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Leave to withdraw on petition of the town of Appleton was reported. The report was accepted. Sent up for concurrence

Resolve in favor of the Chairman of the Committee on Accounts, was read a second time & indefinitely postponed.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the South Thomaston Parsonage House Company, was read 1st & 2d time & Monday next at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.
