Report of the committee on State Lands on a Bill entitled "an act to provide for the management and disposition of the Public Land; that legislation is inexpedient, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate

Bill regulating attachments of Real Estate was read a third time and amended & then referred to the next Legislature.

The committee on Agriculture, reported that they have attended to all the business before them & asked leave to be discharged from any further service and the House accepted the report in concurrence with the Senate.

On motion of Mr Nickerson of Brewer Ordered, That the Superintendent of the Public Buildings, be directed to change the numbering of the seats in this Hall, before the sitting of the next Legislature, and place them in such order that the seats shall number from left to right, agreeably to a plan herewith, marked A.

The committees on engrossed Bills reported truly engrossed Bill - An Act to incorporate the proprietors of the merry meeting Bridge Which was passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

An additional Resolve for establishing an Insane Hospital, was read twice & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate. Adjourned till afternoon.
