The same Committee reported as correctly engrossed, Bill to incorporate the Fryburg Tomb Corporation, " to provide for the expenditures of Government for the year 1835, " for the preservation of Salmon, Shad and Alewive fishery in Penobscot Bay and River and the tributary waters, " additional to promote the sale and settlement of the public Lands, " for the relief of Poor Debtors, and the same were severally passed to be enacted.

Mr. Clark, from the Committee appointed to wait on the Governor, and inform him that the two Houses had passed upon the business before them, having attended the duties assigned them, reported that the Governor was pleased to say that he would forthwith communicate by message through the Secretary of State to both Branches of the Legislature, and after that he had no further communication to make.

The Secretary of State came in and laid on the table the titles of one hundred and fifty six Acts and seventy nine Resolves, which had been approved by the Governor, being all that had been presented to him the present session, and informed the Senate that the Governor had no further communication to make.
