233. Resolve authorizing the appointment of Auditors to investigate the unsettled accounts of Lottery Managers, (reported by Mr. Randall from the Joint Select Committee, to which was referred an order directing an inquiry respecting the Cumberland and Oxford Canal Lottery) was read once and on motion of Mr. Prescott ordered to lie on the table, and that 500 copies of the report and Resolve be printed for the use of the Legislature.

On motion of Mr. Smith, Ordered, that a message be sent to the Governor informing him, that Greenlief White of Augusta was, on the 26th day of February A.D. 1835 elected by a concurrent vote of both Branches of the Legislature, Major General of the second Division of the Militia of this State - read and passed.
