 Mr Farnham was excused from voting on the question.
 And the question of passing said Bill to be engrossed, being ordered to be taken by yeas and nays was decided in the affirmative as  follows, to wit:

The further consideration of the Bill for the relief of Poor Debtors was resumed. And the same was further amended and passed to be engrossed as amended
