Notice was ordered in concurrence with the Senate on the petition of the inhabitants of Hamlin's Grant to be annexed to Woodstock -

The order of the first inst, directing the Secretary of State to cause Returns of Fish Inspectors to be printed &c, came from the Senate amended for concurrence & the House concurred.

Report on petition of Solomon Littlefield granting leave to withdraw, on which on the 2 inst, the House insisted upon a reference to a Select Joint Committee came from the Senate that body insisting upon: their nonconcurrence - The House propose a conference & appoint as Conferees Messrs Shaw of Sanford, Holmes of Alfred & Gordon of Belfast. Sent up.

Leave to Withdraw was reported on the petition of Charles Leavens & others - and the report was accepted. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve providing for the choice of Electors of President and Vice President of the United States was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Bill - An Act restricting the powers of County Commissioners in certain cases, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve providing for the appointment of a Public Agent to superintend certain expenditures, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed as amended on sheet marked B. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve allowing Treasurer compensation for Clerk hire, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed
