Petition of John D Gibson & others to be protected in their rights to certain Mills & was read & referred in concurrence to the Committee on Interior Waters.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Winnegance Mill Company, was read a in New Draft a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Great Androscoggin falls, mill dam, locks & Canal Company, was read a second time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Frankfort Steam Company, was read a 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a 3d reading

Bill - An Act altering an Act entitled an act concerning, Pounds, Beasts impounded, and stray Beasts, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a 3d reading.
