The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as truly engrossed Bill - An act supplementary to an act for the relief of Poor Debtors - - " to regulate private booms on Kennebeck River - " additional act to promote the sale and settlement of the Public Lands which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act to regulate the sale of Rye & Indian Meal - was read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Mr Sargent of Plantation No one & Mr Mervitt of Jay have leave of absence from and after today.

The House reconsider their vote of yesterday ordering the Committee on the Pay Roll to make up the Pay Roll to & including Monday next and now on motion of Mr Walton of Portland Ordered That the Committee on the Pay Roll be instructed to make up the pay roll of this House to and including Saturday next.
