The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as correctly engrossed. Resolved for the purchase of a Library, for the use of the Legislature, and the same was finally passed.

The same Committee reported as correctly engrossed. Bill to incorporate the Waldo Fire and Marine Insurance Company; -"- to incorporate the Bluehill Fishing Company; -"- enlarging the powers of Constables in the town of East Machias; -"- to alter and define the criminal Jurisdiction of the Judicial Courts; -"- authorizing the first Congregational Parish in the town of Kittery to sell Parsonage Land, and the same were severally passed to be enacted.
