Mr. Fish from the Committee on State Lands to which was referred the " Resolve for the relief of Solomon Littlefield" with special instructions, made a report asking to be discharged from the further consideration thereof, and recommending the same to be referred to the Select Committee that reported said Resolve --- read and said Resolve on motion of Mr. Kelsey, was indefinitely postponed. Sent down for concurrence.

Bill to establish the Frankfort, Bangor and Belfast Rail Road Corporation, came up from the House further amended, and the same, on motion of Mr. Fish was laid upon the table.

Bill to incorporate the Maine Farmer's Loan and Trust Company was taken up and the same on motion of Mr. Fish, was laid upon the table.

Bill for the preservation of Fish on the Kennebec river and its branches (reported by Mr. Weeks from the Committee on Interior Fisheries, on petition of Louis Aoudlette and others) was read once and the same on motion of Mr. Merrow, was laid upon the table.

Resolve additional to a Resolve, passed March 17, A.D. 1835, entitled "Resolve in favor of certain officers and soldiers of the Revolutionary War, and the Widows of deceased officers and soldiers, laid upon the table by Mr. Fish) was read once, and the same on motion of Mr. Merrow, was laid upon the table.

Bill for the regulation of Innholders, Common Victuallers and other purposed (reported by Mr. Talbot
