Report of the Committee on the Judiciary on an order relative to arsenals and dockyards came up from the House recommitted with instruction to report a Bill - read and concurred.

On motion of Mr. Clark, Ordered, that the Secretary of the Senate be directed in making up the Pay Roll, to make up to Robert Martin, Messenger of the Senate, Four Dollars and Fifty Cents for each day during the present session, in full for his services and all his assistants - and also that the Secretary of the Senate be made up on the Pay Roll thirty days additional, as a compensation for filing the papers and completing the Journal of the present session.

Mr. Severance, from the Committee of Conference to which was referred - the disagreeing vote of the two Houses on the "Bill to establish a Municipal Court in the town of Augusta," made a report recommending that the Senate adhere to its vote amending the Bill - read and accepted.
