Testimony of A.B. Hodgkins, sworn By Dr. Butler: Q. Have you been an attendant in the insane hospital? A. Yes, sir. Q. How long have you been there? A. Twenty two years. Q. In what capacity have you been there? A. I was there 2 years as an attendant and the rest as supervisor Q. How did you come away from there? A. I was discharged Q. When were you discharged? A. About a year ago this month I think it was. Q. Were you discharged at the time these celebrated three were? A. I was one of the celebrated three Q. Who were they? A. Farrington and Motherwell Q. Do you know why you were discharged? A. I know what Dr. Harlow said I was discharged for. Q. You can tell what Dr. Harlow said? A. He said I broke the rule, disobeyed. Q. What rule? A.
