Duties--report to the Legislature on the conservation of the lobster industry, the size of lobsters in commercial demand, and the desirability of uniform laws in the states producing lobsters.

Members--1 biologist from University of Maine, 2 lobster fishermen, 1 wholesale lobster dealer, and 1 other appointed by Governor and Council.
