Duties--study proposals to establish state technical and vocational institutes to promote specialized training for returned veterans and other persons of special aptitude or need to train for service in trade, industry or commerce.

Members--Commissioner of Education as chairman; 2 representing the Legislature, 1 from each branch; 2 representing labor; 2 representing veterans; 1 from Veterans Administration Facility; 2 representing industry; and 2 from Vocational Education Board.
