Expression of the deed of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts dated June the 17th 1805 to Joseph Treat conveys No 4 & 5 called Shad Islands, and the Waters to the East Channel of the River.
And Joseph Treat's deed dated March the 31st 1813 conveys back to the said Commonwealth the same Islands with the privilidges -
