Opposite the Names of all the absentees You are, or the Captain or Officer Commanding the company, is, on the Parade, at, or immediately before the Muster, to set down the causes of Absences, whether on Duty, on Party, on Command, on Furlough, sick in Camp or in Hospital, or sick in the Country.

The place of Command as well as of [?] is to be inserted in the Column of Remarks..

Opposite to the names of those on Furlough is to be entered, the date of the Furlough, by whom given and the Number of Days for which it is granted.
