A total of 178 Chinese wolfberry individuals from 17 populations were detected by 7 pairs of SSR primers to evaluate genetic diversity and structure, using software GenALEx 6.5,NTSYS,STRUCTURE, the effects of cultivation on genetic diversity and structure were clarified aiming to find the strategies for genetic management and sustainable use. The results showed that the genetic diversity of cultivated Chinese wolfberry was low. The average number of alleles N_A, expected heterozygosity H_E, observed heterozygosity H_O, and Shannon's information index H' was 3.9, 0.443 7, 0.556 6, 0.788 1, respectively. STRUCTURE, UPGMA clustering and PCA test indicated that Chinese wolfberry varieties were severely intermixed but no differentiation among varieties. Mantel test showed no significant correlation between genetic distance and geographic distance. AMOVA analysis showed that genetic variation mainly occurred among individuals within the population(84.58%, P less then 0.001), and there was almost no genetic differentiation between varieties(3.63%, P less then 0.001) and between populations(11.79%, P less then 0.001). The cultivation has caused a significant decline in the genetic diversity of Chinese wolfberry, which may cause inbreeding decline. New germplasm resources should be sought from the wild to improve the existing cultivars. On the other hand, there are obvious homogenization and germplasm intermixing between cultivated varieties and populations. Meanwhile, Chinese wolfberry cultivars should be purified and prevented from flowing into the wild population, in case of causing pollution of the wild germplasm. The flower color of Dendrobium catenatum(D. officinale) tends to fade during storage. In order to clarify the influence of storage conditions on the pigment components in flowers, two conditions were appliedtemperature and illumination. The contents of pigments in the D. catenatum flower were determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry and HPLC, and the changes of them during storage were analyzed. The results showed that illumination and temperature had an effect on the pigments of D. catenatum flower during sto-rage. Illumination significantly promoted the degradation of pigments. Phlorizin The contents of total chlorophyll, carotenoids and anthocyanins in the light samples were significantly lower than those in the dark. The total chlorophyll, carotenoids and anthocyanins in the light samples were decreased by 46.5%, 63.4%, and 69.2% respectively. Illumination had a greater effect on fat-soluble pigments than water-soluble pigments. Among the three temperature treatments, the contents of chlorophyll, carotenoid and anthocyanin were as follows-20 ℃>4 ℃>room temperature, it is indicated that-20 ℃ was the best temperature to maintain the stability of pigment composition. The contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, β-carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin in the light samples decreased by 34.8%, 69.0%, 72.5%, 61.6%, 36.1%, respectively. After storage for 5 months, the contents of chlorophyll, carotenoid and anthocyanin constituent at-20 ℃ was significantly higher than those at 4 ℃ and room temperature. The results show that light avoiding and low-temperature can effectively slow down the degradation of pigment components. Therefore, it is suggested that D. catenatum flower should be stored in light avoiding and low-temperature conditions in actual production and processing, which can prolong the usable time. With the increasing demand for traditional Chinese medicines(TCMs), the resources of TCMs are gradually rare, and the phenomenon that TCMs fake is a common occurrence. Consequently, we need to urgently improve identification technique of TCMs. Terahertz time-domain spectroscopy(THz-TDS) is a newly emerging spectroscopy technology that has been widely used in image, security inspection, biological detection, medicine, material technology, aerospace, oil exploration and other fields. Which is currently used as a simple and quick method to identify the origins, fake products, processed products and pesticide residues of TCMs, hence, it plays a significant role in supplementing and improving the quality control levels of TCMs. In this paper, the composition principle of THz-TDS and its advantages in authentification of TCMs have been summarized. Additionally, the current situation and application prospects of THz-TDS in the field of TCM identification have also been reviewed.Citrullus colocynthis is widely distributed in the desert regions of the world. C. colocynthis has shown to improve constipation, liver diseases, jaundice, typhoid fever, diabetes and asthma in traditional use. As a kind of exterritorialy medicinal material, C. colocynthis has been used in China and introduced successfully. The main active ingredients of C. colocynthis are cucurbitacin, flavonoids, alkaloids and phenolic acids, which have been proven to have antioxidant, anti-diabetic, anti-pathogenic microorganisms and anti-cancer activities in modern pharmacological research. This paper reviews the traditional application, chemical composition and pharmacological effects of C. colocynthis, and provides reference for the in-depth study for the efficacy and mechanism of different components of C. colocynthis. The dummy template molecularly imprinted polymers not only has such characteristics of normal imprinted polymers as rapid identification, easy preparation, stable structure and multiple reuse, but also can imprint the compounds in natural products that are not suitable as direct template. Therefore, it has drawn more and more attention in the field of the study of natural products. This paper summarizes the methods for the selection of dummy template molecules by investigating the relevant literatures in the past ten years, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of dummy template molecules in the practical application, and based on the types of natural products active ingredients, this paper is the first to review of the latest progress in extraction and separation of dummy template molecularly imprinted polymers. We believed that this paper could provide references for better applications of the dummy template molecularly imprinted polymers to extract and separate natural products.
