include clear mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability of all partners, and prevent undue influence by industry interests associated with unhealthy products.

NCDs prevention policies need to be supported across government, alongside grassroots organizations, policy champions and civil society groups to enhance their success. However, governance arrangements involving coalitions between public and private sector actors need to recognize power asymmetries among different actors and mitigate their potentially negative consequences. Such arrangements should include clear mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability of all partners, and prevent undue influence by industry interests associated with unhealthy products.

The optimal distribution between physical activity (PA) levels and sedentary behaviour (SB) for the greatest benefits for body composition among older adults with overweight/obesity and chronic health conditions remains unclear. We aimed to determine the prospective association between changes in PA and in SB with concurrent changes in body composition and to examine whether reallocating inactive time into different physical activity levels was associated with 12-month change to body composition in older adults.

Longitudinal assessment nested in the PREDIMED-Plus trial. A subsample (n = 1564) of men and women (age 55-75 years) with overweight/obesity and metabolic syndrome from both arms of the PREDIMED-Plus trial was included in the present analysis. Participants were followed up at 6 and 12months. Physical activity and SB were assessed using validated questionnaires. Out of 1564 participants, 388 wore an accelerometer to objectively measure inactive time and PA over a 7-day period. At each time point, p Controlled Trial (ISRCTN), 89898870 . Countries all over the world are experiencing a shortage of registered nurses (RNs). Therefore, some countries, including Sweden, have tried to solve this by recruiting internationally educated nurses (IENs). Countries offer bridging programs as educational support to qualify IENs for nursing work in the destination country. However, there is little research on IENs' experiences of bridging programs in European countries and how these programs facilitate their integration into the world of work and their new society. The aim of this study is to explore the experiences of nurses, originally educated outside the EU (European Union)/EES, of the Swedish bridging program and of the program's role in facilitating their integration into the nursing profession in Sweden.

A qualitative descriptive design was used to explore the topic based on 11 informants' perspectives and experiences. Purposive sampling was used to recruit participants at one university in Sweden. Data were collected by individual interviews usiated integration into the nursing profession for nurses educated outside the EU/EES, especially knowledge gained in clinical-based training. Thus, it is important to recognise and value the IENs' experience and previous knowledge and training when developing the bridging program's curriculum.

Anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) with uniform CD56 expression is a rare condition, that has been described in limited literature, and its clinicopathological features have not yet been well illustrated. The aim of our study was to fully investigate the clinical, histological, immunohistochemical and molecular features of CD56+ ALCL.

The clinical and histological characteristics of CD56+ ALCL cases were retrospectively evaluated. The immunohistochemical phenotype, status of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and T-cell receptor (TCR) gene rearrangement were examined. Overall survival was also analyzed.

Eighteen (5.8%) cases with diffuse CD56 expression were identified out of 313 archived ALCL cases with CD56 test. CD56 expression was significantly higher in ALK+ systemic ALCLs (sALCLs) (13/64, 20.3%) than in ALK- sALCLs (3/101, 3.0%) (p < 0.001) as well as primary cutaneous ALCLs (2/148, 1.4%) (p < 0.001). Regarding the CD56+ ALK+ sALCLs, the median age was 20 years (range, 8-60 years) with a male-to-feerence in OS between the two groups (p = 0.264).

Uniform CD56 expression is an unexpected condition in ALCL. Of ALK+ ALCLs, CD56 expression correlated with a high frequency of early stage and an extranodal predominance. It is of great importance to raise awareness of this condition and familiarity with its characteristic features to avoid diagnostic and therapeutic pitfalls. Further investigations are warranted for a better understanding of this unusual phenotype and the significance of CD56 expression in ALCL.

We report a case of atypical presentation of IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) with recurrent scleritis and optic nerve involvement.

A 61-year-old male presented with ocular pain and injection in his left eye for 2 months. Ocular examination together with ancillary testing led to the diagnosis of scleritis, which relapsed in spite of several courses of steroid treatment. After cessation of steroid, the patient complained of severe retro-orbital pain and blurred vision. His best corrected vision was count finger, the pupil was mid-dilated and a relative afferent pupillary defect was found. Funduscopic examination demonstrated disc swelling. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed enhancing soft tissue encasing the left globe, medial rectus muscle and optic nerve. Systemic work-up revealed multiple nodules in right lower lung and a biopsy showed histopathological characteristics of IgG4-RD. Long-term treatment with corticosteroids and a steroid-sparing agent (methotrexate) led to significant improvement in signs and symptoms with no recurrence for 2 years.
