The "+" sign in my transcription of this page means "and". It is the image that most closely mirrors the abbreviation he used on this page. If there is better way to transcribe that symbol, please let me know.

Additionally, when several words in a row were underlined, I didn't specify it after each individual word, but instead I indicated how many of the previous words were underlined, after the last one. Please let me know if that is ok, too.
