The sender is Horatio G. Balch, not "Balsh" as given in the title of this .pdf document.
The date of the letter is Sept. 29, not "July 29" as given in the title of this .pdf document. On page 4, compare the date on the address, and on page 1, compare the "S" in the date and the "S" in "Sir", just below.
