Bill An Act in relation to petitions for acts of incorporation for any Turnpike, Canal or Railroad Company, was read a third time and passed to be engrossed as amended on sheet annexed marked A Sent up for concurrence.
Bill An Act defining certain rights and duties of Rail Road Corporations - was called up and assigned for consideration at 10 oclock tomorrow
Bill An Act to incorporate the St Croix Navigation Company was called up and referred to Messrs Foster of Pembroke, Holmes of Alfred, Wells of Hallowell, Smith of Palmyra, Sturdivant of Cumberland, Tobin of Hartford, Allen of Bangor, Rowell of Jefferson, Bunker of Cranberry, Isle and Cunningham of Swanville
And then the House adjourned
