Bills - An Act to incorporate the Mattanawcook Rail Road Corporation - - An Act to incorporate the Eden Granite Company - - An Act to prohibit Agencies for Banks out of the State, Private Banking and to regulate Banks and Banking - - An Act to incorporate the Erosophian Adelphi of Waterville College - were severally passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence.
Bill - An Act to incorporate the Pembroke Milling Company - was read a 3d time and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
Resolve in favor of the North American Manufacturing Company - was read a second time & indefinitely postponed. Sent up for concurrence.
Bill - authorizing the owners of Marsh on back Creek, in the town of Woolwick to erect a Dike - was read a 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a third reading.
