Bill - An Act supplementary to An Act for the relief of Poor Debtors - was read 1st & 2d time and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve - An additional Resolve for the benefit of the Blind, reported in new draft, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act to establishing the Bangor Female Orphan Asylum was read once & again and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading

Message of the Governor [see appendix page 19.] transmitting Resolves of Massachusetts, "concerning the North Eastern Territory of the United States claimed by Great Britain" came from the Senate referred to Messrs Johnson, Jarvis & Talbot with such as the House may join - and the House concurred & Messrs Holmes of Alfred, Soule of Freeport, Hamlin of Hampden, Foster of Pembroke, Sewall of Bath, Parvis of Buckfield & Wilson of Bingham were joined
