Reports - that Bill - An Act to incorporate the Bucksport Stage and Hotel Company - also -" " to authorize the United States to Subscribe for certain Stocks ought not to pass were read & accepted in concurrence.

Report on Order relative to Judges of Probate & minors that legislation is inexpedient, was read & accepted in concurrence.

Resolves concerning the North Eastern Factory of the United States claimed by Greta Britain was read and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Robert Maxwell was read a second time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act to provide for the repair of highways in certain unincorporated Townships, came from the Senate amended for concurrence, and the House passed the same to be engrossed in concurrence as amended.

Bill - An additional act to promote the sale and settlement of the Public Lands- was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
