To the Senate and House of Representatives: I transmit herewith the accompanying, Resolutions of the General Assembly of Pennsylvania, related to the distribution of the Proceeds arising from the sale of the Public Lands and for other purposes.

To the Senate and House of Representatives I have this day received from the Governor of Mississippi a Preamble and Resolutions recently adopted by the Legislature of that State " in relation to the persons denominated abolitionists," which in compliance with the request therein contained. I herewith transmit for your consideration.
