To the Senate and House of Representatives: I lay before the two branches of the Legislature for their consideration, the accompanying copy of a Preamble and Resolutions recently adopted by the Legislature of Massachusetts, on the subject of the unadjusted controversy between this County and Great Britain, relative to the North Eastern Boundary of the United States.
