Bill - An Act to provide doe the education of Youth, came from the Senate referred to the next Legislature for concurrence and the House concurred.

Bill - An additional act respecting pounds and impounding beasts going at large or damage feasanr & stray beasts - was read a third time and referred to Messrs Cushing of Augusta, Chadwick of Gardiner & Eastman of Strong.

Resolve authorizing the Secretary of State to procure and distribute certain documents in favor of locating and making a Road from the forks of the Kennebec River to Moosehead Lake - were severally read a second time and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading

Bill - An Act to encourage the destruction of crows laid on the table by Mr Stuart of Searsboro was read once and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading.

Bill - An Act for the further regulation of Banks laid on the table by Mr Hubbard of Wiscasset was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

The Committee on Manufactures was discharged in concurrence from any further service.

The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as truly engrossed Resolve for the relief of Solomon Littlefield which was finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
