Bill - An additional act for the preservation of fish in Penobscot River &c &c - " act additional concerning meeting Houses - were severally read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 2d reading
Bill - An Act to incorporate the Ellsworth Bank came from the Senate that body insisting upon their vote passing the same to be engrossed, and the House laid the same on the table.
Bill - An Act to incorporate the St Croix Bank - - " to incorporate the Globe Bank - - " to incorporate the Damariscotta Bank - came from the Senate that body insisting upon their vote passing the same to be engrossed - & the House recede & pass the same to be engrossed severally in concurrence.
Bill - An Act concerning assignments came from the Senate amended and the House agreed thereto and further amended the Bill and passed the same to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
