of all the lands in the State of Maine (not owned by the State) that are exempted from taxation, and where the same are situated, whether in incorporated towns or otherwise, and by whom owned; also what lands the State owns in incorporated towns and in what town the same are situated - read and the same, on motion of Mr Littlefield was laid up on the table.
Petition of Charles Dolbier and others, praying for an extension of the time for erecting a Dam and building Mills at six Mile Falls in Vassalboro - read and referred to the Committee on Interior Waters. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
Petition of Martin W. Fowler and others; -"- of Chandler Woods and others, praying for the repeal of a law regulating the practice of Physic and Surgery; -"- of B.B. Murray praying to be divorced from his wife - severally read and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary in concurrence.
Petition of Augusta B. Perry and others, praying to be incorporated by the name of the New York and Sullivan Granite Company; -"- of Caleb Burbank and others, in aid of the same - severally read and referred to the Committee on Banks and Banking, in concurrence.
