Mrs. Quimby had keys and Mr. Buffrem and I keys to the other and we went all through the institution; it was in June and the ventilation was so bad that it was about imposible to go through some of the halls the air was so foul and we made great complaint about that. Since then the ventilation has been improved very much. Q Do you think everything has been done that can be done to improve that hospital? A.
