An Order came from the Senate for concurrence instructing the Committee on the Judiciary to enquire into the expediency of altering or repealing an Additional Act directing the method of laying out and making provisions for the repair and amendment of Highways and providing for the appointment of County Commissioners passed March 10th 1835 or to provide by law for an appeal from the decision of the Courts of County Commissioners under such limitations as they may think expedient and the House concurred - sent up. 

An Order came from the Senate for concurrence relative to allowing by law a Debtor to own and hold one yoke of oxen exempt from attachment and Execution they having nonconcurred the House in the passage of the Order and refuse the same a passage and the House recede from their former vote and concur with the Senate in their refusal - sent up.
