Ordered That Messrs Vose of Augusta, Spofford of Deer Isle & Morrill of Dearborne be a Committee to ascertain whether any members of this House have handed into the Committee on the Pay Roll a greater number of days than they have actually attended on the sittings of the House. The Committee reported instanter that through misapprehension of the Rules & Orders several members have reported all the days the House has been in session, without deducting those on which they have been absent - and that they have caused the Pay Roll to be corrected.
