On motion of M. Case - Ordered that Messrs and Whitney with such  as the House may join be a committee to enquire into the expediency of establishing by law an additional term of the Supreme Judicial Court at Bangor - Read passed and sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred. Messrs Abbot Pratt and Stockwell were joined.-
