Ordered, That the committee in the Judiciary be instructed to enquire into the expediency of authorizing in certain cases under the order of two Justices of the Peace and Quorum, the removal of prisoners for a limited time from the Jail in the County of Penobscot to the Jail in the County of Waldo at the expense of said county of Penobscot, and with the consent of the Court of Sessions of the County of Waldo - read & passed. Sent up concurrence.
