A communication from Hon. William King Commissioner, dated the 29th of October last, and an account of Warrants drawn on the Treasurer under the authority of the "Resolve for providing Public Buildings for the use of the State". The Commissioner has not rendered his account nor made any report of his doings for the past year. |
