Read and accepted.

Mr. Churchill from the Conferees on the disagreement of the two Houses respecting the "Resolve making further provision respecting the State Road from the State Road from Sunkhase to Mattawamkeag River reported that the Conferees had agreed to recommend to their respective Houses to recede from their votes so far as to refer this Resolve to the next Legislature . Read and accepted and the Senate reconsidered their former votes and referred the Resolve to the next Legislature Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.
