Petition of the Selectmen of Kennebunkport for relief from an undue proportion of State Tax was read & referred to Messrs Kent of Bangor, White of Monmouth & Burnham of Orland.
Resolve in favor of Seth Spring taken from the last years files of the Senate & sent down, was read & referred to the committee on Turnpikes, Bridges & Canals. Sent up for concurrence.
