Mr. Megquier moved to amend the amendment by striking out all after the word "Company" at A; and the question of so amending said amendment being ordered to be taken by yeas and nays was decided in the negative as follows, to wit, Yeas -Messrs. Boutelle, Emerson, Gibson, Hunton and Megquire - 5. Nays - Messrs. Bridgham, Burnham, Dunlap, Eastman, Goodwin, Groton, Hodgman, Lithgow, Scammon, Smith, Sweat, Thayer and Thompson - 13. The question of adopting said amendment, being ordered to be taken by yeas and nays was decided in the affirmative as follows, to wit: Yeas - Messrs.
